1、冷熱軋鋼板通過(guò)堿洗脫脂，并水洗，烘干后再進(jìn)入有輻射管加熱的臥式（立式）加熱爐進(jìn)行退火，爐內(nèi)通入一定的氫氣使?fàn)t內(nèi)早層還原氣氛。 2、加熱到一定溫度的鋼帶在一定的條件下浸入鋅液內(nèi)進(jìn)行熱鍍鋅。 3、鋅花大小有液態(tài)鋅的成分來(lái)控制的同時(shí)，采用強(qiáng)制冷卻的方法來(lái)控制，小鋅花產(chǎn)品在鋅花開(kāi)始擴(kuò)散之前，用小鋅花設(shè)備進(jìn)行急冷防止鋅液繼續(xù)擴(kuò)散，形成小鋅花。 4、經(jīng)熱鍍鋅后的待崗冷卻后通過(guò)表面光整，最后根據(jù)用途，分別進(jìn)行表面鈍化處理或直接生產(chǎn)成彩涂卷板。
